Important Green Line hearing Dec. 21 – it’s not a done deal yet!

In May the state announced its support for the Somerville Green Line extensions, but the state's environmental agency still needs to change key regulations to make it happen. MBTA Green Line extension study published

The MBTA has completed the Major Investment Study/Alternatives Analysis for its "Beyond Lechmere Northwest Corridor" project. It includes a two-tiered evaluation of alternatives (trains, bus rapid transit, etc.), maps of potential new T stops, and next steps.
