The U.S. Department of Transportation has officially approved the TIP, which now includes the Green Line extension. Download the letter (PDF).
"Green Line Project chugs along in Somerville" The long, slow process that is the Green Line extension picked up a little steam earlier this month with the release of an environmental report. Although the report addressed many issues associated with the project, city officials and residents following the process said there is more work to be done.
