Boston Business Journal: “Assembly Square advances on key MBTA vote”
The MBTA’s unanimous vote Monday passed a so-called “memorandum of understanding” to advance the new subway plan. Sources familiar with the matter said the plan must receive formal endorsement from Richard A. Davey, the MBTA’s general manager, before the agency can begin soliciting bids to build the new station.
