The following meeting is being held by the Green Line Project staff and consultants for community residents to learn about and ask questions about the Green Line Project.
Make Your Voice Heard on the Green Line Extension Project!
We hope you will join us at civic engagement meetings around the region finalizing the best route and station locations for the new transit service in Cambridge, Somerville and Medford. The Green Line Extension Project is a project of the Massachusetts Executive Office of Transportation & Public Works (EOTPW), in coordination with the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA).
The project team will hold workshops in neighborhoods where there are proposed Green Line station locations. Our goal in these meetings is to gather your ideas on the proposed station locations, design elements and potential neighborhood impacts.
This meeting will focus on station locations proposed for the College Avenue and Winthrop Street neighborhoods (in the vicinity of the existing Lowell Commuter Rail Line).
An Open House begins at 6:00 pm, with the workshop beginning at 6:30.
