The MBTA has completed the Major Investment Study/Alternatives Analysis for its “Beyond Lechmere Northwest Corridor” project. It includes a two-tiered evaluation of alternatives (trains, bus rapid transit, etc.), maps of potential new T stops, and next steps. The option supported by the State gets the highest ratings in this report: two Green Line spurs, one to Medford and one to Union Square.
